RULES of New RESERVATION

1. Rules regarding CHILDREN & Extra-Beds

Each room is double, for maximum two adults: type of room has to be chosen at the moment of booking (Queen-bed or 2 twin beds), subsequent changes are not accepted!

All the children are welcome, but have to be announced before! One child up to 8 years can stay for free if sleeping in parents bed; over 8 years, or for a second child, extra-bed is needed! 

The cost of the extra-bed is not included in the room price: is 14 EUR /night (linen, towels, breakfast included). Not all the rooms have extra-bed possibility, please check before!

2. Rules of PRICE, Prepayment & Cancellation

You can choose either a flexible price, or a non-refundable one. In case of:

2.1. FLEXIBLE Rate

Credit card Guarantee: first-night pre-authorization!

Rate Inclusions: In-Room high-speed WiFi, Breakfast for 2 people.

CANCELLATION POLICY in case of Flexible rate: Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival. Less 7 days cost 50% of total amount, but minimum 1 night' cost. No Show cost 100% of total amount!

Any prepayment /advance payment is non-refundable!

2.2. NON-REFUNDABLE Rate

The Non-refundable rate is a discounted rate, as follows:

• -10% for one day reservation,

• -20% for min. 2 days

• for a Last-minute reservation (reservations made before arrival: 12 hours or less!), you can benefit of a -25% for one night or even a -30% for minimum two nights reserved!

• if you choose a 6+1 Packet, you will pay 6 nights on the non-refundable rate and the 7^th is on the house (globally, a -31% discount vs. basic rate!)

Credit card Guarantee is mandatory: in case of non-refundable (NR) rate, the total price of the reservation may be charged anytime after booking!

Rate Inclusions: in room high-speed Internet, Breakfast for 2 persons.

CANCELLATION POLICY in case of NR rate: Please note, if cancelled, modified or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged!

The charged amount is non-refundable!

3. Check-IN, Check-OUT Rules

• Check-in time: after 14.00 (Early check-in is possible after 10.00 only with prior notice and only if the room is available, it costs 10 EUR).

• Check-out is before 12.00 free of charge. Late check-out is possible only with prior notice and only if the room is available (check-out between 12.00-16.00 costs 10 EUR; after 16.00, you will pay one night!)
